David is a security industry veteran with extensive operating experience with software companies ranging from startups to mature market leaders. He was President of Sophos Americas, a leading anti-virus software vendor. Prior to Sophos, he was Vice President of Strategy for the Lotus Development division of IBM, where he also held a number of senior management positions in direct and channel sales and market development. David previously sat on the Advisory Board of PureSight, Inc., a leader in intelligent content recognition for wired and mobile networks when it was acquired by bcgi (NASDAQ: BCGI). He holds degrees from Harvard and Stanford and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Chris joined Centric Software in 1997 as President and CEO and member of the Board of Directors, Chris has over 20 years of successful experience in building and managing global technology companies. Before coming to Centric, Chris was VP and GM of Computervision's Workgroup Products business unit in Boston, MA.  Previously, Chris held several executive roles at cellular pioneer Novatel Communications, including SVP of Product Development and VP of Manufacturing.  He received a BASc in Engineering Physics from the University of Toronto, and is a graduate of the Executive PMD Program at Harvard Business School.

Stephen A. Remondi is president and CEO and a co-founder of Exa Corporation. Before assuming the role of CEO in 1999, he began his career at Exa as a director, was promoted to VP of engineering in 1995 and then VP of application development in 1997.  Prior to starting Exa, he worked for Alliant Computer Systems and Data General in the development of parallel computer systems, systems architecture and ASIC design. Remondi holds a B.S. in Computing & Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Bentley College.
